Proposed redevelopment would include: 75 four star motel rooms, 28 three star motel rooms, function room, cocktail bar, pool, gym, reception, coffee lounge, stonegrill restaurant, family bistro, public bar, gaming room, Keno, TAB, 120+ car parks, disabled facilities, and atrium.
